We go to Hays Travel at Bradway because we trust them to book a holiday that will leave us with nothing to worry about.
Service has always been excellent and they give us time to navigate and consider options.

From the moment I called I was impressed with the professional and efficient response and help given. The service was outstanding and call back with information was quick.
Special thanks to Chloe who's kindness and patience towards my elderly mother when she went into the office and had everything explained to her carefully is greatly appreciated. My mother get very anxious about everything now and even though we are only doing a quick flight over to Ireland and pretty straight forward, is massive to my mother now. She likes face to face contact and paperwork in her hand. This has sadly become less with everything being paperless and no human contact anymore.
Thank you for helping me guide my mother though the travel arrangements. She will be reunited with her 90 year sister and family possibly for the last time in Donegal in August.

The travel agent Sue was very knowledgeable and gave great advice about things we hadn't thought about. We also upgraded because it gave us more benefits for not much more money. Sue was very patient with us as we were undecided on a few aspects of the cruise.
We did try booking first cruise on line but got very complicated with all the extra items and selecting the right cabin/ suite for us. Will definitely book our next foreign holiday through Hays travel and not waste time trying to sort it ourselves.

Great help to kick off our last minute holiday search, and happily price matched something we found online, booked it all and printed all the necessary bits and bobs! We are having a fab time right now in Sharm- thank you x

My wife and I always book our holidays through Sandra at Hays Travel Bradway as she is always so helpful and knowledgeable on travel matters. We booked a last minute break to Fuerteventura through Sandra yesterday and as ever the service was absolutely five star; from advice on best locations to a seamless booking process.

Everyone in the office was really friendly and helpful. I’ve usually booked my holidays online but as it’s a big trip and a really busy time at work I thought I’d try a travel agent. Sue was amazing and listened really carefully to find the best place to stay etc and all within budget. Can’t wait to go now!!
