Due to illness I did my booking over the phone. I was booking to go back to the same hotel I had recently stayed in. They sent me dates and prices and times of flights from 2 different airports. I was then able to book my holiday and pay my deposit over the phone. I was sent my details via email. This is a wonderful service. Thank you
