What a great time I had booking a holiday for next year with the girls at the Braehead branch. Michaela was soo helpful and made sure I got everything that I asked for and more because of her expertise.

Me and my partner came in to book for my birthday in November so we got called over to desk by a lovely girl called Laura. I explained to her that I had chosen hotels and got prices online and if she could re price them and see what prices she gets. She was amazing from start to finish so friendly funny cheery bubbly and just a great person. Definitely recommend speaking to Laura if you go in hays travel braehead are lucky to have her

Yesterday (Saturday 31st January) my partner and I went into your Braehead store to enquire about October Holidays. Both of us work in education so we were really going to look to see what was available - Diane who attended to us was excellent. She understood our requests and ensured she tried to tailor our needs/wants. From start to finish, Diane was very attentive, made excellent suggestions and gave us honest reviews and personal recommendations. These personal touches made it very easy for us to decide to go ahead and book.
