The member of staff Fiona was very polite, professional and helpful. She showed an indepth knowledge of products and services and had, on advance of the visit, prepared some very helpful examples of the type of holiday I was looking for.

As always advice and attention to detail is the reason we choose Hays travel for all our holidays. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Building a good relationship and trust gives us confidence.

The staff are all very friendly when walking in the shop, they don’t hound you. The staff member we dealt with was helpful and managed to get us the holiday we wanted at an affordable price, which as a family of 5 is great. Nothing is ever a bother, this is the 3rd time we have used Hays and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every holiday has been seamless and informative. It now has an app you can use which makes communication a lot easier. We used the debit card with them too and it was amazing! And the app easy to use. Would highly recommend !

Went to shop to book holiday had seen on hays Facebook the girls went threw everything with us and offered extras to enhance holiday which we took set up direct debit to pay holiday off with ease handed us the paperwork Caribbean cruise 14 night booked so easy thanks

Like before when we booked our cruise we got great service and with Michaela she covered every option that we asked for and some we did not so that extra info and insight was valuable to us and that secured the booking

Helpful staff, knew about the area we wanted. Discussed flights and if we wanted to book seats. Information about checking in etc

Ayisha was very helpful and continued Amy’s earlier research into a family holiday in a very short time.

Sarah was very thorough in in finding a holiday to suit our requirements. Once we settled on a holiday she was quick with all the paperwork, answering all our questions demonstrating good knowledge.

Very friendly and helpful

I was more than impressed with the effort Jocelyn put into our attempt to book our cruise. She was engaging and professional in every way. As was Aiyisha who stepped in to take over as her collegue was past the end of her shift, had a family commitment and we didn’t want to leave until everything wast completed. 10 out of 10 for both !!!

I normally deal with another travel agent. There shop was closed and we happened to see a holiday in the window. Entered shop and was met by Jocelyn she was very informative and engaging. Answered every question a real pleasure to deal with and credit to your branch
