We recently visited your Branch in Bramhall and was assisted by Steve who l have to say was brilliant in finding us a lovely holiday in Mexico in May. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about various countries and resorts that he knew about or had visited which helped us considerably as we had no idea where we wanted to go when we arrived at the Branch other than the destination and hotel needed to fit certain criteria we had in mind. The holiday he ultimately found for us looks amazing and was good value for the number of days we will be spending in Mexico and for the standard of the hotel involved. We have never used Hays Travel before but we would have no hesitation in returning to organise future holidays now based on our recent experience

Great travel consultant
I set paige a hard task for 14 adults and kids going to lanzarote with different type rooms, she was amazing and got us exactly what we wanted at a great price too.

Great Service
Paige was brilliant and was in touch with me through the day in relation to my queries around a hotel in Cyprus. Lots of info and mails back and forth and I booked the holiday on the same day.
