Alfie at hays is always happy to help and gets our holidays booked quick and is happy in his job which is nice to see. He a really polite and great at what he does. This is the 3rd holiday we have booked with him this year already.

I recently made a booking for a holiday with Robert from Hays travel in Brentwood and I found the whole experience very easy and stress free. Becky the manager of your Brentwood branch helped us. She is truly great at her job!! I travel with my friend and we are both in our 70s so we really need to have rooms near each other. We wanted to go to Voyage Sorgan Turkey but had a problem finding two rooms. Becky worked her magic and came up trumps for us. Thank you Becky. Also all the staff in that branch are sp helpful.

Alfie was really good. We went in to the Brentwood branch with a bit of a weird honeymoon request as my partner just doesn’t fly and so we knew our request wasn’t going to be easy because of this.

Alfie listened, made some suggestions and then took away the request and quite frankly smashed the task but the other half didn’t quite want to do what we had asked. So after further discussions with Alfie and a little bit of looking at alternatives he was tasked with a London to Sardinia (ideally), Italian lakes or Portofino all to do travelled too by train/boat over a specific period. Again Alfie worked hard, looking at different options and keeping us updated. After receiving the final price and itinerary for our dream holiday to Sardinia but seeing it added 4-6 days of travel depending how we did it, we went back once again asking him to price it with flights. Once again Alfie got on with the task and came under budget with the honeymoon we wanted.

Nothing was ever too much and he asked all the right questions to understand what was really important to us and answered all the questions we had. He listened and took on board any feedback we had all while not making us feel pressured into booking the holiday, he always let us go away and think about and discuss it first before we made any decisions. The whole team were making suggestions or helping Alfie to achieve what we were asking and so we 100% would recommend Hay’s Brentwood, they always make the process for booking so easy for us and the service is always great.

People are very helpful and understanding especially Dan the manager who does whatever he can to find you what you are looking for.
