Great staff

I always like to go to Gemma in Bridgend,as she is so good at her job,and always finds me exactly what im looking for & always within my budget. She knows what i expect from a holiday & always makes booking easy. I rang on Wednesday morning,and by 3pm that afternoon,my holiday was all booked. I didn’t have to go into the branch,all done over the phone as i was working. Wont go to any other travel agent,only Hays in Bridgend. All the staff are lovely & really approachable.

Gemma was so lovely, bubbly, helpful, welcoming. Gemma catered to all our needs and managed to get us exactly what we wanted.

We always deal with Jackie if she's available ,she's great with us

All the girls in hays are fabulous I do have a couple of favorites as I have been going to Bridgend branch for years . I just wish I didn't get junk Mail or spam a consistent ly

Amy was very helpful and patient while we looked through cruises to decide which we'd like to do. She made the booking easy and we were there past the shop closing time on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Georgina was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and we ended up booking a much better holiday and a holiday of a lifetime than just a short holiday, and for more of us than planned, as she was patient and used her knowledge and experience to find an affordable deal. She answered all our questions and the booking information given was great. The deposit was taken and debit set up really easily also. Definitely recommend. Thank you x

Have been booking holidays with Lays for a number of years. Staff are always welcoming, warm and helpfull. Not sure what your looking for theyl help you find it. You can spread the cost which is a massive bonus for customers on a tight budget. Will continue using Hays Travel now and in the future.

The two advisers I dealt with were excellent. Took time to listen to what we wanted and found just what we needed for the whole family.
I will certainly use Hayes Travel again and would recommend them to others
