We were made to feel welcome, the lady taking our booking was very helpful and took time to make sure we had what we wanted. I am sorry I did not take her name. We will be going back again for all our future's holidays.

Holiday booking experience
Called in to get some prices from different tour operators then returned the following day to book the holiday. Gemma was very helpful and friendly when checking prices for us.My only complaint was as we were finishing off the paperwork etc she started to to talk to another customer that was booking a holiday with another colleague and I felt we were 'dismissed ' .I actually asked 'is that everything?' As she was still chatting as she handed us he paperwork.Just felt it was a little unprofessional.
