We were looking for last minute deals but were unsure of location. Charli was very friendly and took time to show us various hotels. We eventually decided on Tunisia and she processed all the necessary paperwork efficiently.

Charli a member of staff was very helpful and answered all the questions that were put to her.
Charli showed me the area around the resort where we would be staying and was polite and followed
up with a telephone call regarding the accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very happy with ability of Gemma to work with us to achieve our needs to get away to a destination of choice. Thanks!

Our visit to Hays Travel Bridgend was a very positive one. We went in late on Saturday 23.8.25 and asked for more information about a holiday advertised in the window.
Georgina, the staff member who dealt with us , was extremely helpful. She took on board my concerns about a certain aspect of the holiday and encouraged us to wait until she found out more information the following day .She assured us she would call us the following morning.
As promised she did this and the upshot was she was able to modify the holiday and suit it better to our needs. Thanks to Georgina we are off for a much needed rest at a very affordable price in a well rated hotel.

We had no idea on booking a cruise because we had never been on one. The agent helped us through the booking process and it was tailored for our needs. She listened to what we wanted and was really helpful.

Absolutely outstanding service from Jackie and her colleagues. we had recently booked a cruise with Jackie for a P and O cruise in October.
Jackie found an issue with the departure airport and the returning airport. Jackie quickly informed us of this issue and how we could resolve this. Jackie and her colleagues worked tirelessly to find us a cruise which used the same airport for departure and return.
