We always use Hays to book our holidays as they are extremely helpful and friendly staff

Kelly listened to the sort of holiday we wanted and searched for ones to match. She was efficient in her use of the computer showing us what she had found and printing off details when appropriate so that we could study them as she searched further. She was knowledgeable about the companies. She told us what sort of experience we could expect and whether the company might be considered expensive. When we selected a holiday she went through the booking process with efficiency, keeping us informed at all stages. She also booked insurance, making it clear we could cancel if necessary. Although the shop was busy, we felt we had her undivided attention and she maintained her good humour throughout. She could not have been more pleasant, helpful and professional.

Our travel advisor Rebecca was very experienced and found the holiday we wanted in a good area and at the right price

We've been booking our holidays at Hays Travel in Bridlington for about 15 years. The staff are really knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The process was so easy to navigate. Sophie went through all our options and gave us tips and advice. It’s our first cruise so I was quite overwhelmed but Sophie assured us we could go back in and ask any questions and she would be on hand to help. She was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful

Having booked with the Bridlington branch before it was definitely the place to go and book again. All the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend everyone to use them. A big thankyou to Aimee for sorting our cruise out ☺️

We had a change is circumstances and fully expected Jet2 to retain most of the money paid, the team calledJet2, explained the situation and within 30 minutes we had the holiday totally changed and rebooked, couldn't ask for better service from Hays Bridlington

Friendly and efficient good knowledge of where we have booked

It’s my first time on a solo trip with very limited experience. The lady who helped me was just fab. Really going above and beyond in making sure my trip is as easy as possible and that i have a great time. The shop had a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were lovely and helpful.
