The whole team at Hays Bridlington are fantastic. Everyone is very happy and always attentive in greeting you and helping sort out your holidays.

Jessica was incredibly helpful in finding us our perfect holiday, we couldn’t have done it without her. She went above and beyond and we will definitely book with her again next time.

It was great that the branch was open on Bank Holiday. The booking process was uncomplicated. Agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in our requirements. All aspects of our booking were explained in detail and any questions we had were answered.

Amy did a fab job of trying to find us some mint holidays which we had seen on the net. Lots of choices and she did some 'round the houses' stuff for us, ie: called other tour operators etc. Got there in the end. Sorry it took so long but hope she had a good, but late dinner!!

Christian was helpful from the minute I rung to ask him to look for a holiday for thirteen people. I went to branch and he literally pulled out the stops to help us get what we required for our Disney holiday.

It doesn't matter when you go into the Hayes Travel shop which member of their staff you deal with because they are all excellent, they are pleasant, friendly, helpful, efficient and always go the extra mile to make sure that your holiday arrangements are exactly what you wish for. We cannot fault them in any way. Thank you.

As I've just lost my mum and am in need of a break for after the funeral forthcoming the staff was very helpful and understanding and guided me to the best deal plus helped me upgrade. I am very happy with the conduct of the staff and Hayley who helped us at first was excellent.

As always we were made to feel the whole team at Hays really care that at the end of your visit you will have booked your perfect holiday. Hayley was brilliant on this occasion not only sorting out our cruise for 2028 but also resolving an issue we had been struggling with for this years holiday in spite of our not having booked through Hays. There is no sense of being rushed and nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hays Bridlington.
