Friendly and helpful
Zoe was very friendly and helpful with the initial booking she explained everything.
We did have to go back in and change a hotel over but that was not Zoe's fault but my personal reason.

Very attentive service from Zoe. We were looking for inspiration for a land holiday as we normally cruise and we fancied a change. We wanted to go to mainland Spain but to somewhere we had never been before. We don't normally use a high street travel agent but the advantage of using someone who has trade access to a package company's entire booking engine is substantial compared to our sifting through available packages from the website one by one. We had options offered, considered and booked and euros bought all within half an hour.
