Popped in for a quick enquiry and ended up booking a holiday. Ellen is fantastic! She listened exactly to my needs and managed to get me a fantastic deal that I would not have been able to get alone as far as location and flights discounts go. Fabulous branch full of great staff
Booked a few holidays at Hays and each time all the staff within brighouse branch were amazing. Really knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and genuinley listen to your needs to provide the outcomes you desire. Special shout out to Ellen for being so good helping us book a visit to see a poorly family member. Under these circumstances she showed compassion and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything covered. This took a huge weight off and made the whole situation that bit easier. Kept me waiting for no good reason ...rude
We bought our holiday money here..the service then was good.... i came back today to change back a few hundred euros..with... my buy back gaurentee.. 3 staff members in shop ..2 with customers.. no prob i will wait my turn..1 staff member asked why i was there .... change money back...she asked could i wait a few mins as she was in phone ..i waited nearly 20 mins .she was on the computer..printing stuff off generally finishing off her day..it would have taken at most. 5 mins to attend m...i thought it was RUDE TO SAY THE LEAST.. She never ..after the first interaction acknowleged me..i waited 20 mins she was NOT on the phone... VERY RUDE I WALKED OUT...
