Kept me waiting for no good reason ...rude
We bought our holiday money here..the service then was good.... i came back today to change back a few hundred euros..with... my buy back gaurentee.. 3 staff members in shop ..2 with customers.. no prob i will wait my turn..1 staff member asked why i was there .... change money back...she asked could i wait a few mins as she was in phone ..i waited nearly 20 mins .she was on the computer..printing stuff off generally finishing off her day..it would have taken at most. 5 mins to attend m...i thought it was RUDE TO SAY THE LEAST.. She never ..after the first interaction acknowleged me..i waited 20 mins she was NOT on the phone... VERY RUDE I WALKED OUT...

Zoe from the Brighouse branch on commercial street was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish was super aware of what we were looking for and happy to answer any questions that we had, even with another booking we made though hays that she was not aware we had made as it wasn’t booked through herself! She was so polite and happy to help us book a dream holiday and I would 1000% use her services again!

When i walked in the branch at brighouse i was made to feel welcom and all the focus was on me and what i wanted. The lady that served me rememberd me from me booking a holiday august last year she had remembered my name and all my needs for me and my family. Perfect every time
Whenever I feel that I need a holiday I immediately think of Hayes Travel. This time I wanted to book a villa holiday for next year. We are taking by daughter and her family so needed four bedrooms and at least two bathrooms. Rachel was brilliant- so professional and confident! She noted all the things I was looking for then offered me a good selection to look through. We have booked Portugal! Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, pool, close to the beach, bbq - just what we wanted. Thank you Hayes Travel - you make booking a holiday a pleasure.
