Rachel and the girls at the Brighouse branch were amazing and extremely patient we had problems with the payment link but they didn’t give up on me I’ve only been abroad once before and it was a cruise my dads 81 and it’s in his words going to be a holiday of a lifetime for him and Rachel didn’t give up till she found us what we were looking for they all deserve a pay raise

Hays pot the detail.
I visited with an exact holiday in mind. Staff member found the holiday but spotted what I had not spotted. The price quoted only included hand luggage. I’m not sure I would have spotted this. Well done Hays.

We went in to see Rachel again and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. She helped with discount codes to get money off our holiday. We also have her to thank for our recent holiday to Madeira. Although our return flights were delayed she updated us with all relevant details.
