Really pleasant staff
The young lady who helped us organise our weekend break was really helpful and she answered all the questions we asked her( and we had lots ). Nothing was too much trouble.

jet2 take your money then do not care what happens to you!!!
I went to hays Travel look at booking a suprise break for Mrs Balme. A 5* Holiday in the sun. I had emergency spinal surgery & in recovery, Andrea suffers from coliytus ( needs to be near a bathroom)
We found a holiday! I left and checked Andrea's daily planner! the dates were good.
I returned the day after to confirm and pay to find the holiday was not available all gone. Disapointed they had not put the holiday on hold for me?
We found an Alterative paying £5500 for 10 nights with jet2. I paid for luxary rooms with sunbeds + hottub & jaquisse on the balcony? we had a 3rd floor room with a patio table & 2 chairs on the balcony. The hotel Managment were fantastic even though were unable to find an alternative as they wer fully booked.
We spent 3 days liveing out of our suietcases hoping to be moved. 6 days left we told the manager we would stay in the room and enjoy the rest of our stay! The Jet2 rep missed meetings with us and went on the sick TUI stated oops.
We paid £5500.for 10 night A couple with TUI had 14 nights £3300 for the same room type?
