As always cannot fault Emma for the outstanding service she provides. Nothing is too much trouble and she is very prompt and pro active in her responses. Emma is our 'go to' for travel arrangements!!

Helpful, kind, polite, staff

Chloe was absolutely brilliant in helping us to rebook our flights to oz. However I was disappointed when head office instructed Chloe to charge me for the whole value of the new flight even though we waited until the cancelled flight had been confirmed in writing. In doing so resulted in alternative flight prices rising, so cost us more and still had to part with more money whilst waiting for the refund

We went into Hays Travel Broadstone to enquire about costs & availability for a short break to Venice. The girl was very friendly, professional & extremely helpful. She listened to our needs, picking up that cost was a high priority for us. As a result we booked the holiday.

We decided to visit Hays to discuss cruise options flying from Bournemouth - we saw Emma who could not have been more helpful.
Given it's taken more time than I care to remember to get my partner to agree to go on a cruise she was very patient and understanding throughout our discussions. She provided a lot of helpful information and clarity throughout, both about our options as well as our chosen cruise, and what to expect from our experiences as first time 'cruisers'.

They nearly matched the price of an online company and kept to that price whereas the online company dramatically increased their price when i came to place order .
The assistant was very helpful and presented the holiday itinerary in a far better professional layout which helps with the confidence that you are getting what you expect .
