A very efficient and friendly experience .good advice and help in booking our holiday

We had no idea where we wanted to go. Other than it be warm and our desired dates. We were shown understanding of our requirements and Louise helped us find something within our price range. Which ended up being exactly what was meant to be. Perfect choice price and dates required

As usual , we experienced first class service. Everybody is always very helpful especially Gillian who dealt with our booking.

Louise could price match Tui and was polite and professional

Gillian The Manager of the Bromborough branch of Hays, has always been very helpful and gives us her knowledge and expertise when booking our holidays with her. She has spent a lot of time researching our forthcoming holiday for us to make sure we get the best hotels and flights. She does her utmost to provide you with the holiday you want. That's why we keep coming back to her, and her helpful and happy team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I always have confidence in booking with Hays, Bromborough. Today was no exception.

The Travel Rep we dealt with (Jill) was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.She went out of her way to ensure we were able to book exactly what was right for us

We walked in without an appointment, looking for help with fairly complicated travel arrangements to Bhutan (not the most common of destinations). Gillian was extremely thorough, helpful and friendly, arranging both flights and accommodation. We were there for almost two hours, and she did some more research for us after we left and updated us promptly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays, and will certainly be using this branch again for our next big travel plans.

I was dealt with without any delay and my holiday choice was checked and booked very quickly and efficiently by Louise who was very helpful and friendly.

Bromborough shop...We have been using this branch for over 30 years via the different companies.
We have booked another summer holiday with the amazing branch Manager - Gill Collins. Everything is booked without stress and with the friendly banter of Sarah, Louise & Kirsty who also assist with our bookings.
This is the best travel agents on the Wirral with the best staff. There is nothing that is too much trouble, from booking our seats, assistance for my Mum and booking travel insurance.

What can I say but a very big thank you to the super staff at the Bromborough branch they are all very welcoming. On this occasion Gill was amazing nothing was too much trouble, very professional, had so much patience and in the end achieved everything I asked for. I would highly recommend this branch.

The staff are so helpful,we booked a last minute holiday to Lanzarote ..they organised assisted travel and extra luggage for my husbands medical equipment
