Sona was very very helpful explaining everything when booking our holidays. We were not rushed she took time with us. Would definitely book with her again.

The staff ability to navigate and provide all necessary advice for my holiday. I went in with a destination and was bale to walk out with my holiday and even managed to sort out my travel money.

I popped into the Agents in Bromley with a scant idea of what I wanted to book. I was lucky enough to be assisted my MIa who listened and responded to all of my requests. Together we made the booking fulfilling all of my criteria.

Stacey , a very sweet young lady helped me with another very kind, young, brown haired lady. Stacey was so incredibly helpful. She had all the time in the world for me. She had a great sense of humour. She was worried to book my flights with an unknown flight company so she managed to find a much better alternative for me. Altogether it was a lovely experience to be at Bromley Hays Travel centre.
Stacey and all the other ladies made sure of that with their lovely, bubbly personalities.

They were very helpful, we looked at lots of holidays. It's nice to speak to a person face to face. It was great to not have to look at a computer screen, and trying to read the information on a small screen swipping up and down.They gave me help with Visas, money and excursions.
