The location of your premises in Broughty Ferry is ideal and all the staff are very nice helpful and friendly. Elise was outstanding with her help to choose this holiday then complete the booking.

From our initial e-mail enquiry in the morning, a return phone call a very short time later, then we were popping into our local Hays office, by lunchtime we had our quote and we had fully paid for our break in mid April.
Vicky our branch manager was absolutely amazing in dealing with both my wife and myself, thanx so much.

Holly, who arranged my holiday, listened to my preferences ( with great patience );assessed priorities & assembled a choice ‘packages’ that were cognisant of my needs.
She was V knowledgeable, friendly, made the experience collaborative & HONEST re:’pros & cons’ with each choice.
Holly’s expediency of execution was < 30 mins. I could not have been more impressed or delighted with the outcome.

Travel consultant Nicola managed to rearrange flights that were unsuitable and vista said there was no alternative but Nicola found flights that were far better at not much more cost
