Great service in Broughty Ferry branch
Went into Broughty Ferry branch at 3.45 on bank holiday Monday (they closed at 4pm) to ask about the Ambition cruise out of Dundee. There was only 1 ocean view cabin left (no suites or balcony) so they pulled out all the stops to book the cabin for us. Great service!

Vicky was very helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for, for my holiday
She knew that I wanted something booked that day and we got a lovely hotel.
She even said that if we come to the shop, she will check us in and also print off our boarding passes
