Our holiday booking was with Alex at the Buxton branch. She was very helpful with our choice of holiday, informative and patient, which when deciding upon a holiday is very important to us.

Oliver was very competent and informative when looking for different possibilities, with us not sure of our destination

Erin made the booking process really easy. I advised what I wanted and she came back with a few options. The one we chose was really competitive so we had no hesitation in booking. All sorted by phone and email. All very efficient.

Claire was fantastic, drew us up a list of locations pretty close to our budget. 1st time using a travel agent, to be honest the price was slightly higher than if I sourced it through a " love holidays/on the beach ". But Claire got the flight times I requested, plenty of luggage allocation, the hotel we've got is one that we didn't see on the sites and to honest it took all the hassle and worry outta the process so was worth the slight additional cost.
We have no issues recommending both Claire and Hays. Was a smooth easy process and will be returning there for our next jollies.

Alex worked really hard to find us the perfect holiday, despite us changing our minds! She listened to what we wanted and with her extensive knowledge of Greece was able to give us valuable advice and insight into the different islands. She was able to plan our holiday staying within our budget and was thoughtful about things such as arrival and departure times and transfers. Can’t wait to go in a couple of weeks time!

I needed a lot of help with my booking as booked my first ever cruise. I was in the travel agents quite a while sorting a suitable balcony and was not rushed or pressured into making a quick decision.

Thanks to Olivia who booked our last holiday in Lanzarote and our holiday that we are going to in a few weeks to Cyprus. she printed stuff out and explained everything easily for us and thanks to the other lady that helped us the other day when we came in and Olivia was busy with other customers,I can't remember her name sorry.so the other lady sorted airport car parking and travel insurance for us
