We booked a holiday to Benidorm in March with Hayley. She was fantastic then, so we wanted to speak to her again to book a holiday to Lake Garda in June. Again, Hayley was brilliant. She was so friendly and helpful, and put a nervous flyer at ease. She was so easy to talk to with any concerns i had. Thank you Hayley.

With myself nor my partner having ever booked a holiday before we thought it would be best to go into a shop & see what they advise or if they could do so for us. So we chose "Hays Travel - Carlisle" with recommendation from friends/family.

Upon going in staff were extremely friendly, willing to help without pushing a sale on us & having a bit of friendly banter along the way. 1st visit was just a chat with them & see if they could find anything to suit our desires. Upon getting some deals we went away to think about things & came back a few days later to book.

Not once were we pushed or pestered into anything. Everything was on our terms & thats exactly what I want with this kinda thing.
I will definitely use them again as they have taken the stress out of the process for us newcomers & were willing to talk through hotels/airports/flights/apps etc with us. No question seemed a silly question.

Brilliant experience throughout. The staff, the help, our deal & the actual shop itself are 5*.

Claire, who took my booking was really professional, and also had suggestions on when and how to do things in relation to my holiday needs. She listens to your needs and finds the best ways and deals to get your holiday. Hays travel have always been very good, I find that you can always speak to them if things are not right, better than talking to bots on online holiday firms.

It was a spur of the moment visit but can’t praise Hays enough. The experience was brilliant and Martin was so understanding of my concerns as this is my first Solo trip since my husband died. The options he came up with were exactly what I was considering but the process was made so much easier face to face. I would recommend Hays Travel to all my friends and family.
