Claire was the agent I went to after being greeted by a warm and welcoming smile.
She took time to ask questions about what location and type of holiday I wanted and my budget.
This was very important to me as then she had scaffolding to build on and I could be honest and trust her to find appropriate places to go and stay.
She also used her personal experience to give me a real flavour of Guernsey.
The booking process was smooth and transparent throught and Claire even phoned the Holiday company to ask about details not on their website.
Another lady went to get a brochure and that was excellent as remembering the details becomes onerous as one gets older.
Claire also gave me links for the appropriate web sites to visit and research the things to do and see.
The holiday was booked and all the financial details discussed ,all in all an excellent experience .

Hayes Travel are fantastic. The service is second to none. After 8 years of trying to get away for our honeymoon and 3 cancellations due to the Thomas Cook collapse and covid, we were devastated to get ‘the call’ again to say our dream honeymoon was cancelled due to ongoing issues in the Middle East.
Huge shout out to Jess at the Carlisle branch though, she’s been absolutely amazing and turned it around for us into a really positive experience. Jess has been nothing but professional but made sure we left the branch happy, reassured and she lightened the whole situation. Thanks Jess, you’re a star! 🩷
