Martin was absolutely fantastic. Excellent service from him found us a beautiful hotel in Turkey. Also found us great flight times too.

Fast efficient serviceas usual racheal chechecked hotel for us which could have been no good too us for for walking about as on a cliff she even got in touch with the hotel to vrrify things s o we then reebooked another favourite of ours over the phone all good sorted thankyou hayes carlisle once again a1 service per usual

Called into the Carlisle branch for information on one of the advertisement’s for a cruise we were very pleased with Jess who gave us great in-depth information on the cruise we were looking at she explained everything in detail and answered all questions we had asked.We booked our cruise with Jess and would like to thank her for her great service she is a credit to the branch

Booked holiday with Hays again and as usual there were no problems. Claire answered all questions and nothing was too much trouble,she made the whole experience very enjoyable, and will be using Hays again in the future.

As usual when we go into Hayes we are treated with respect. Once again Clare was able to provide us with the information and book us the holiday we wanted.

Olivia was just great very helpful and very professional at her job . But also didn’t rush we actually had a cuppa while choosing my holiday. Tbh all the staff in the Carlisle branch are great . That’s why people keep going back .
