We had an excellent booking experience. From the moment we walked into Hays, girl who served us (can't remember her name unfortunately) was brill. We told her where we wanted to go & when, she compared prices, showed us the different prices between weeks. chatted to us, explained everything, went through everything. Any questions I had, she answered, nothing was to much trouble.
We had an excellent booking experience in Hays last year, this is why we returned to Hays this year & once again had excellent service.

Lucy was fantastic. I went in looking to book a solo holiday, my first holiday since the passing of my husband. I gave a few things i liked/didn’t like, and Lucy brought up some great holidays for me to choose from. After having a look at quite a few, I decided on the very first one, and booked it there and then.
