We called into the Carlisle office to enquire about a Norwegian cruise. We were acknowledged immediately and sat down with Bethan. She was very knowledgeable about the cruise and was a great help. We are now looking forward to February 2027!

Great experience

Fantastic service yet again from Martin Brown sorted a family holiday for all ten of us nothing was to much trouble for him first class service would not go past Martin or hays travel.

I was made welcome very quickly and my specific request was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Rachel was attentive and helped me feel happy and secure with what was arranged.

I always get first class service from Hayley, she is very professional and knows her stuff… I will only book my holidays with Hayley.

Friendly, professional service and personal touch. It costs the same as booking online, but the personal touch really helps navigate the booking process. Extra benefits include help with the online check-in, explanations of everything that will happen and a free 100 Euros when you change money with them. Takes all of the stress out of booking and keeps Carlisle's city centre alive.

Everyone was helpful, but usually i book with Lucy, we have a good relationship and I trust Lucy, I have had a few problems in the past which Lucy sorted out for me with no problems and she kept in touch with me. Overall, a great team

I dealt with Olivia (Liv) who was lovely and very helpful. When I told her what I needed, she went out of her way to make sure she found it and then explained everything about it and then made sure we were checked in properly as I’m not good with tech!
On the whole it was excellent service. Well done 👍

Efficient booking process.

We went to check out a cruise we had seen advertised. Martin established all our requirements and found us the perfect cabin at a great price, including coach travel to and from the cruise. Excellent service.
