Hayley was exceptional in every way
Hayley was exceptional in every way, finding us the perfect holiday to suit our requirements. The process was simple and straight forward. There was even an interactive game to entertain my 3 year old whilst we were getting the holiday booked. Would highly recommend!

Hi.,It was Conducted very Quickly and easily with fortunately my having to Do the Money transfer away from the Shop equally easy and rapid.That is because the handling of the Money transfer was by a very rapid Fast Payment,Partly the ease of it all was because the Shop was relatively quiet and the Woman handling my Booking was only dealing with a Customer when I returned after 20 Minutes the second time to Pick up the formal Booking Confirmation.Actually,I printed out your Confirming Email on my return and it is in the Cupboard File with the formal Confirmation. We find all that staff are friendly and…
We find all that staff are friendly and welcoming. They really made us feel at ease and relaxed. Martin the manager dealt with us and as usual he was helpful and friendly also very patient. We live in crawcrook which is a village in Gateshead area but always is the Carlisle branch . Even the cu of tea I was had made for me was perfect.
