Hays Travel - Carrickfergus Reviews 

Helpful and friendly staff, we were booking our second holiday through Hays this year. We have booked multiple times before and will continue booking through them.

Kelsey is amazing

From the moment we stepped through the doors of our local Hays branch we were treated exceptionally well. One girl asked what she could help us with and showed us where to sit as she was going to let us speak to Shannon. We were planning on booking a Norwegian Cruise and we were advised Shannon was the person who had experience.
Shannon was amazing throughout our booking. We spent over 2 hours with her on the first day, gaining information about the cruise. She was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and ask questions. We then came back the next day and spent another two hours with Shannon, finalising our booking. She went above and beyond and nothing was any bother to her. She is a credit to Hays and the Carrickfergus branch. We can now look forward to our family holiday and she has said we are welcome to come into branch any time if we have further questions.

Very helpful nothing seemed to much trouble went beyond and above there duties

The young lady listened to what we wanted and advised giving us information on flight issues from Northern Ireland going into Southampton and then looking for an alternative with flight from Belfast .

Booked trip to New York through Hays Travel in Carrickfergus. Kelsey was fantastic not just when trying to find the best deal , but also with tips ,advice and options available.
In fact all the staff at Carrickfergus branch were friendly, welcoming, and offered lots of ideas for the trip .

I phoned yesterday to enquire about a trip that I was interested in. The staff member was very pleasant and helpful in finding out what I needed to know prior to booking. She also rang me back to confirm that the booking had been made and gave me some other useful information for my trip.

My family and myself have used Hays Travel several times. The office is local and Kelsey has always been very professional and friendly and always willing to advise on any issues I have.
