Hays Travel - Castle Court Reviews 

My sister and I went into Hays travel in castle court yesterday, with the hope of maybe getting a few ideas for our upcoming holiday in May. We were clueless and wanted some help in making our minds up.
Well that’s where we met the Fabulous Geraldine!! ☺️
She was so knowledgeable, and went through lots of different options with us.
Through taking the time to ask us questions about the kind of holiday we wanted, she took the time to check so many hotels, again and again making sure it was perfect for us.
Geraldine filled us with confidence and we were able to book our holiday there and then, and left feeling happy and very excited!!
I will be definitely go back and book a holiday through Geraldine again, she is so friendly, patient and just a lovely person.

The girl in castle court was amazing when she helped us book our holiday to Kos. Even managed to get us it a little cheaper than we had seen online. For a long time I have been booking my own holidays but I’ve in the last year returned to travel agents because you cannot always trust the online advice and reviews.

I think the girl that helped us did a lot, by giving us information about the area, what to expect and the fact that she had been there and was going back again definitely swayed it for me.

The girl clodagh dealing with my holiday was very helpful and lovely to talk to, she answered every question I asked and helped me pick the best options to suit me and my children ❤️

My wife and I went into enquire about a holiday for sometime in May if we could find a good deal. We were seen Geraldine, who was amazing from start to finish. She listened to what we were looking for and in no time at all, found us a deal which suited us perfectly at a reasonable price. We were really happy with the choice she offered and her friendly attitude to customers was amazing. It's customer service like this would make us book again with Hays Travel and would definitely go back to Geraldine again if possible.

The girl who served us was very friendly informative and helpful. She made the experience relaxed and explained each step of the process. Looking forward to my trip to Portugal in July.

I honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of Clodagh. She made a stressful situation so much better. She was so responsive and answered all my questions, nothing was too much of a hassle for her. Clodagh really is a credit I cannot thank her enough.

Geraldine has been absolutely amazing - kept me well informed of all details and was in great contact considering how busy she got with the holiday offer. Great polite and welcoming service. I will be looking to book through Geraldine again soon.

Next year's ski trip was released while I was on the current ski trip, I couldn't make it to the location where the bookings were taking place so I messaged James, manager of Hays, Downpatrick, he immediately arranged for a Hays representative to ring me and I was able to arrange next year's booking immediately. I am so grateful to Hays for their customer care and attention to customer requests. They are a very professional yet friendly travel agent and make arranging travel abroad easy and accessible.
