I would like to say a massive thank you to Brodie for helping me with my travel insurance. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, and I never felt pressured into choosing anything I didn’t need. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.The advice was helpful, and the communication was great.
And I have to say, having such a charming person on the other end certainly didn’t hurt either 😉. I would definitely recommend!

Friendly and efficient
Very helpful staff and we were able to sort out our cruise booking very quickly. We had to call them today to check on travel insurance and nothing was too much trouble.

This is the 3rd holiday I have booked with Brodie's help, nothing is too much trouble, she researches anything I ask for, goes beyond expectations trying to secure the rights dates for us & is very patient with all my questions! The team are Catterick are all very helpful & if I message when Brodie is on her days off I always receive a prompt reply from her colleagues, to ensure we are kept up to date.
