Charlotte had been absolutely great and most helpful in helping me book a mini cruise. I was not an easy customer with my son having complex health needs and testing her knowledge on how the holiday will suit him, but with what she didn’t know she found out for me and offered to help fill in various forms and has been available even out of office hours to chat with me and book our holiday. She also offered great advice about the ship and how to make the most of our 3 days. She knew exactly where to book a cabin where we can access all areas of the ship easily and advised us on things we can do Whilst on there. Very knowledgeable and great customer service!

Such an amazing experience! Charlotte found deals cheaper and way better than we could’ve found online, the process was so fun and exciting! Such an easy agent to deal with, even with all my odd requests and with me throwing in a big curve ball and had to change destination very last minute she was so patient and kind!
