navigate setting up an app on my old telephone

Michelle at Hays travel Chelmsford was patient with our questions no matter how trivial and on a busy day with computer challenges was able to still get our holiday details and destinations promptly. We had a bit of a problem with some of our flights (Cathy Pacific informed me that my 4 business class flights were cancelled) but Jo immediately looked into it and sorted it out.

we had to wait over a hour though
