I was very impressed by the service and very helpful attitude of Ashleigh. She was friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make our choice of cruise. She also provided useful follow-up help and advice when we booked our holiday and in subsequent contacts.

I'm taking my son and daughter and there families on holiday,Ashleigh listened to our requirements and gave us several options. Having discussed these with family they were all rejected, Ashleigh understanding why they were rejected quickly came back to us with several more options. This time Ashleigh found just what we wanted and made it happen. Both my daughter and I had several phone calls with Ashleigh who was very understanding of our requirements so polite and a real pleasure to deal with.

We only booked through hays travel agents as we were told before booking they could definitely add extra baggage for us (which we could not do online) which we really needed.
Booked and paid for flights, then got told it wasn’t possible and we had to call them ourselves. Also got told this was not possible over the phone.

We were very happy with our latest encounter with Hays travel and although was a slight glitch it was sorted out without any drama or difficulty so really great service, overall a very good experience and would certainly recommend. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The staff here, especially Peter, are absolutely incredible, and go above and beyond to help.

I sat with David looking to book a mini break away in Amsterdam,he very patiently brought up many hotel options and checked them all to see if they met my requirements,very knowledgeable and informative,after I had chosen my hotel he quickly booked it for me and explained everything I needed to know, he offered to book me and my travel companion on the flight and also to secure seats together,fantastic all round service,thank you.

Very friendly and efficient service didn't try to push us to book and we can go back to them at any time to make any adjustments to the booking we made. Will definitely use them again.

We went into the Cheltenham office not knowing where to go, David suggested Madeira and then spent time providing us with information on hotels and areas to stay. We spent a day reading the information David gave us and then returned and booked to go to one of the hotels he’d found. Booking was easy and all questions were answered so now looking forward to going.
