I recievd excellent customer service from Sue at the Hays Chichester office during a very difficult time when my father passed away over the Christmas period. Sue's care and attention to detail was amazing when booking my plane ticket home to Perth, Australia. She followed up with a phonecall the next day to ensure i understood the process and had recieved my ticket back to Australia. I would use Sue and Hays travel again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Stressfree travel
I have to say I have used Hays now for several large family holidays with many different components. And I have to say all the staff are exceptionally helpful. Nothing is too much bother. They are professional and take all the stress out of trying to organise a large party and the holiday of course was fabulous as well.

We’re sorry we were unable to arrange travel insurance for the full duration of your cruise. Unfortunately, due to age-related underwriting limits, our insurer is only able to provide cover for a maximum of 17 days for travellers over the age of 80. As your cruise was 18 nights, this fell outside the policy limits, which is why we could not arrange the insurance at the same time.
