Very short notice!
We visited Hays after we had been let down by another agency. This was only 2 days before we were due to travel. They pulled out all stops and put together a tour within 24 hours. Apart from one slight hiccup- an easily made error considering the time frame- the whole experience has been excellent.
Much praise to the staff in the Chichester office!

Sarah at the desk in Hays Travel, Chichester, was very helpful and efficient in making my original booking (return flight and insurance) and in the follow-up visit to confirm my e-ticket and to book my seat numbers.
If need be, Sarah said I can call in on the day of travel to deal with any issue with the boarding-pass, but I hope I can arrange that from home, as before.

My very first holiday abroad.
I have never been abroad before in my 67yrs. I was frightened at first, but I went into hays in chichester and spoke to a very nice lady called JOY. She treated me very kindly, and listened to everything I had to say and she found me a lovely holiday in paris in December, I can't thank her enough.
