I can't speak highly enough for the staff of the Cleveleys branch. We try and deal with Tegan who is by far the best holiday advisor we have ever had. I feel confident we would receive the same level from the other quality staff too. In the past we have used different travel agents, for the past 4 odd years we have used Hays Travel and we will continue. My sincere thanks to Tegan and her colleagues.
