A Japan trip
A Japan trip was posted on the Hays travel Facebook page which myself and partner were really interested in. I called into the cockerton branch and Vicky was so helpful in answering all of our questions, it was so nice to actually sit in branch and book a holiday instead of booking online. The representative Katherine at the Cockerton branch was very helpful , because I had been in previously trying to find a place in Portugal , but she emailed me and found some places in Greece, Crete to be precise so I returned the compliment by revisiting the branch and booking one of the places that she had managed to find.
