A Japan trip was posted on the Hays travel Facebook page which myself and partner were really interested in. I called into the cockerton branch and Vicky was so helpful in answering all of our questions, it was so nice to actually sit in branch and book a holiday instead of booking online. Vicky was very knowledgeable and we will definitely be booking more holiday with the cockerton branch!! Thank you so much 😁

The representative Katherine at the Cockerton branch was very helpful , because I had been in previously trying to find a place in Portugal , but she emailed me and found some places in Greece, Crete to be precise so I returned the compliment by revisiting the branch and booking one of the places that she had managed to find. Very good service , as ever from this branch.

Staff are very knowledgeable, listen to what we ask for and provide options for flights and accommodation. We book assisted support and car parking so can relax knowing these are done. We organise spending money - so it’s a one stop shop for us organising any trip . This was a city break to celebrate Heather's 70 th birthday.

We booked a trip Stockholm through Hays travel but Jen the rep had terrible trouble trying to arrange the flights and seat bookings but she behaved in a very professional manner and sorted it all out for us,it wasn’t anything to do with the holiday company, my wife and I are very pleased with Hays travel and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Evie was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and professional while booking our second cruise, nothing was too much bother she was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. We booked our first cruise with Evie and again she was fantastic we didn’t really know what we were looking for but she found us one in the Eastern Mediterranean which was amazing. Evie is an asset to your company the service she provided was excellent thank you Evie.

Another holiday booked through Hays. Susan was great as always, went through everything and makes the process of booking the holiday a pleasure. Nothing is ever to much hassle and I know if I need to add or change anything going forward I just have to pop into the branch and it will be sorted.
