We met a lovely lady in the Coleraine branch who told us that she had just completed her training with your company but secured our booking with a Newmarket USA tour. She was charming/ chatty /informative but when she wasn’t sure of any aspect of the booking she double checked with another colleague that everything was as it should be. As always at Hays Travel Coleraine the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and made booking our holiday an easy and pleasant experience. We have been booking our holidays and smaller trips with Hays since they opened in Coleraine and have got to know the staff well and although we have dealt with most of the staff from time to time could I perhaps pick out Kate and Jack for all their help. They know that at our age we are not good with technology and go out of their way to make things easier for us and that means a lot. Thank you to all the staff and we hope to book with them again .
