Fantastic service prior and after booking a HOLIDAY
I called in the store and dealt with Ellie, she was so professional and gave us all the information about my holiday, I then went home to decide whether to book and when I called the store and spoke with Ellie she booked everything for us and sent it via email very quickly. I then received a call to inform me that all my documents were in store and ready to collect - will be booking with her again - she’s a credit to their store

The Staff have a very friendly welcoming attitude and approach, from the moment you walk in your grated with a smile and a genuine hello.
Most of us have an idea of the holiday we want but the staff at Hayes with their vast knowlage help streamline your ideas and turn your dream holiday into an amazing experience.
The staff never rush you or pressure you into something your not sure about, they listen and offer advice to help your holiday run smooth and without stress.
We dealt with Claire at the Connah's Quay branch and felt we were given all the advice and help we could have asked for.
I would recommend hayes travel to anyone looking for a dream holiday.
