Hays staff are always brilliant
Hays is always brilliant. I love having a travel agent that you can visit. The Connswater team are in new premises, after the sad closure of the Connswater shopping centre, but have relocated close by, so it is a relief that we can still visit them. They are are a fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and experienced team, and we always book with them! We are off to Menorca in May, thanks to the Connswater team!

A beautiful young lady called Cathy helped us with the booking, she was great at explaining us everything we wanted to know , she even gived us some valuable advices concerned to our holiday, and we appreciate that very much . Always use Hayes Travel
Always use Hayes Travel, had used Thomas Cook until they took over and the staff are so helpful. I had the holiday booked in no time at all which was good as I went on my lunch break lol. To be honest would always use Travel Agent as it gives me confidence that there is always someone who can help if need be.
