Great service at the Hays Cramlington store
I had seen a great deal on the Hays Cramlington Facebook page and exchanged a few messages getting a quote, the messages were responded to quickly and politely with all the information needed. I then went into branch to complete the booking, the branch team were so friendly and helpful, Max did a great job booking us exactly what we wanted. Extremely happy with the service in store. What a lovely team!

Fantastic service
We are based in Nottingham & our holiday with Tui was cancelled. We were meeting up with friends from the north east who had booked with you. He asked in your branch if they could sort out our holiday. Within hours they had sorted out the same deal, same flights, hotels transfers etc.
