Faye, the counter operative was very informative and wasn't pushing for us to make a hurried decision. She took us through the various destinations to enable us to come to the choice we wanted. She then started the booking process and completed everything while we were there. She offered us holiday insurance which we declined and purchased our own elsewhere.

This is our second time booking with yous, and I can't fault your staff at all, they are so very knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing our holiday.
The service is excellent form booking our holiday, printing boarding passes & vouchers off and not forgetting changing our money and getting the exchange rate 👍
