We always book our holidays through Hays Travel in Cramlington. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Faye helped us book holidays yesterday and she is great and gives first class and friendly service, she is also very knowledgeable. She gave us lots of advice and information on Sicily yesterday which is a place we are definitely looking forward to going to next year. We would highly recommend Hays Travel in Cramlington.

We were exhausted with looking for our type of holiday on line, we had left it late to book. I spoke with Faye in Cramlington and she got on the case for us and soon came up with options. The next day we were able to book exactly what we wanted in branch. The staff are so good and the customer service is second to non, I know this because I used to teach it.
