With regards to currency ordering we would need to know the amount you are looking for and your details before we can place an order for you and then we would call you to advise that it had came in to the store and was ready to collect. Myself and the staff in store pride ourselves on our customer service so I am sorry you thought we came across as rude as this is not something we would ever want you to feel. I hope you give us the opportunity in the future to rectify this situation.

She also organised assistance and assured me I would. be taken care of the whole my to cope with getting to my connections.
