Even though it was late Saturday when we booked it was no problem for Danielle. Very friendly and informative Happy to correct a mistake on my behalf within minutes Definitely recommend her to anyone.

Danielle was really knowledgeable as this is our first cruise booking and gave us lots of information and advice to help us through the process.

We saw a cruise advertised on Facebook through Danielle Dickens. When we contacted her, she went through the whole process seamlessly. Answered any questions or queries we had. Danielle was superb from start to finish, as will not hesitate to contact her again to book another holiday.

Danielle was easy to talk to and managed to get me and my family a great deal. Her follow up email encouraging me to get in touch at any time before my holiday if I have any questions (my holiday is more than 18 months away) makes me feel reassured. There will be lots to consider and it’s good to have someone there to keep me right and make sure I have everything I need.

Danielle worked so hard to find the perfectly tailored cruise and stay for us. She tried lots of different options considering flight times and overall prices. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is also a lovely girl to deal with.
