I booked my holiday with Sophie in Darlington she was very helpful and provided a good summary of holiday choices. Once the holiday was booked I was offered other services such as airport parking which was useful.
Overall happy with the service I received, staff were helpful and polite.

Service was Great
I was greeted and served by a lady called Sophie in the Darlington branch. She was wonderful. She was attentive and listened to what I wanted and I was able to book the holiday I wanted.
