When I called into the shop, everyone was so helpful and understanding in listening to what I wanted, and guiding me to finding the right holiday for me.

Matt listened to what I wanted and did his best to make sure I got what I wanted. What let the experience down was the company they used to organise the flights which was only able to offer what it wanted and not what I wanted. This made booking flights more complicated and longer than it should have done

Staff took their time to arrange exactly what we wanted and made sure we knew everything that we had to do.

Four of us visited the Dawlish branch to book a cruise for next year. Colette, who looked after us was brilliant, she worked out exactly what package we were looking for and did her best to book the cabins we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer any question we had about the holiday. We have used Hayes Travel Dawlish Branch before and will continue to do so with the excellent service we receive from them.

Very helpful as I’ve come to expect from our local Hays Travel shop. Very friendly staff who are able to provide helpful advice and knowledge.

We wen tin knowing when and which area we wanted to go to. Found just what we were looking for. I’d attempted to look online, however it’s much easier to go into the shop.

Colette was very efficient ,helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
