The staff know their subject well and use their travel experience to suggest practical and sensible options for customers to use. The overall service provided during the search for a holiday was really good and completed with a smile. Living quite some way from the Hays travel bureau meant trying to secure an appointment would have helped us considerably and been much less stressful. Despite requesting one over a week prior to our eventual visit to the bureau it was refused. For a firm who seem to seek to meet the holiday needs for plenty of people who are elderly, or maybe some who have very busy lives and cannot turn up on a whim and be sure of getting an appointment, this seems to play into the hands of the Internet travel agencies.
